Displays all deleted user accounts. You can restore or permanently delete accounts.

Table Columns
| Column | Description |

| ID | Account's internal ID |
| User | Name, photo, UUID, phone ๐ |
| Deletion Time | Time since deletion |
| Operations | Menu (โฎ) with restore/delete options |
Operations:
- Restore User Account โฉ๏ธ โ Restore to active status
- Delete User Account ๐ด โ Permanently delete (cannot be undone)
Warning โ ๏ธ
Permanent deletion cannot be undone.
