๐ฅ๏ธ Area Manager Dashboard Overview
The Area Manager Dashboard is a dedicated interface that gives the area manager the ability to manage and monitor all operations related to their assigned area. Through it, the area manager can manage the countries available to them, users, agencies, rooms, and more based on the permissions granted.
How to Access:
The Area Manager Dashboard is accessed via the dedicated link copied from the Area Managers management page.
Login:
After creating the area manager and obtaining the dashboard link, login using:

Statistics Cards:
On the Overview page, statistics cards are displayed showing:

| Total Payment Gateway Operations | Total amounts through payment gateways in dollars |
| Today's Gifts | Total value of gifts sent today in dollars |
Additional Sections:
- Latest Payment Operations: A table showing the most recent payment operations with details (number, gateway, amount, status, date).
- Charge Revenue: A chart displaying charge revenue over a time period (week/month).
What the Area Manager Can Do:
1. Manage Country Managers ๐
The area manager can create new country managers based on the countries available in their area that were selected during account creation.
2. Manage Users ๐ฅ
View data and details of users belonging to their area, with the ability to browse, view details, create, or edit based on permissions.
3. Manage Agencies ๐ข
View agencies under their area, create new host agencies, and manage existing ones.
4. Manage Rooms ๐
View room details belonging to their area and manage them.
5. Charging and Balance ๐ณ
Perform balance charging operations for users or agencies under their area.
6. Send Announcements and Alerts ๐ข
Send announcements and alerts to agency owners, rooms, or users belonging to their area.
7. Send Gifts ๐
Send gifts and rewards to users or country managers belonging to their area.
8. Staff Management ๐จโ๐ผ
Manage staff and assign permissions and roles to them.
Note
All data and statistics displayed in the area manager's dashboard are specific only to their area and associated countries. They cannot access data from other areas.
Tip
The permissions available to the area manager are determined through the permissions settings page. Make sure to assign appropriate permissions before handing over the dashboard to the area manager.
