🛡️ Support & Moderation - Overview
The Support & Moderation section in the dashboard provides the tools needed to handle user complaints, ban violators, and close violating rooms. This section helps you maintain a safe and organized environment within the app.
Available Sections:
1. 📩 Complaints
View and review all complaints and reports submitted by users from within the app. You can view complaint details (description, attached image, user information), contact the complainant, and update the complaint status (reviewed or not).

2. 🚫 User Bans
Restrict or prevent violating users from using the app fully or partially. You can create multiple ban types:
- Full Ban — Block the user from the entire app.
- Partial Ban — Block a specific action only (e.g., entering rooms, sending gifts, using microphone).
- Ban Types — Account ban (normal), IP address ban, device ban, or a combination.

3. 🚪 Room Closing
Close user rooms (voice or live broadcast) for a specified time period. Closing is done by entering the owner's UUID and specifying the room type (voice or live) and duration in hours.

Tips
- Complaints are the first line of communication between you and users — review them regularly and respond quickly.
- Use partial bans before full bans to give users a chance to correct their behavior.
- Document every action by writing clear reasons and attaching evidence images when banning or closing rooms.
