Introduction

The Event Period system is a flexible competition system that allows the admin to define a custom time period (from start date to end date) and select specific gifts to be counted. During this period, the top 3 users who sent these gifts in rooms are calculated, and at the end of the period, the three winners receive their prizes.

How Does the System Work?

1. Create Event: The admin sets the start date, end date, and selects the counted gifts.
2. Event Period: The event starts from the start date and ends on the specified end date.
3. Points Calculation: Each selected gift has a specific price (activity points), and when the user sends it in a room, it's counted for them.
4. Ranking: Users are ranked by highest total activity points from the specified gifts.
5. Prize Distribution: At the end of the period, the top 3 users receive their prizes automatically.

Example Rules

Example - Ramadan Event

1. Ramadan event starts from 1st Ramadan 00:00:00 to 30th Ramadan 23:59:59 (Saudi time).
2. Send designated Ramadan event gifts during the holy month to earn activity points, each gift has specific activity points.
3. Rewards are sent automatically. In case of special circumstances, please contact customer service.
4. Ramadan event activity points are not counted in other activities.
5. The platform has the final right of interpretation.

Rules and Editing

At the top of the page, there's a "Rules" section with an "Edit Rules" button to modify the rules text shown to users. The system supports multiple languages:

• English - English
• العربية - Arabic
• Türkçe - Turkish
• हिन्दी - Hindi

Events Table

The table displays all event period events:

Column	Description
ID	Unique event identifier (e.g., 1, 6)
Start Date	Event start date (e.g., 2025-07-07, 2024-12-29)
End Date	Event end date (e.g., 2025-08-31, 2025-04-15)
Created Date	Event creation date and time in the system
Actions	3 buttons to manage prizes for the three winners
Operations	Actions menu (⋮) to edit or delete the event

Action Buttons

Create New Event Period

To create a new event:

1. Click the "+ New" 🟢 button
2. The creation page will appear with the following fields:

Start Date Field

Gifts Field

This field is required ★ - you must select the gifts to be counted in the competition:

1. Click the "Choose" 📁 button to open the gift selection window
2. Select the desired gifts from the list
3. Selected gifts will appear in a table showing:

ID	Gift identifier (e.g., 427)
Name	Gift name (e.g., Nora Tanner)
Image	Gift image displayed
Price 💰	Gift price/points (e.g., 678) - number of activity points when sending this gift
🗑️ Delete	Delete button to remove the gift from the list

1. Click "Submit" to save the event

Managing Winner Prizes

After creating the event, you need to set the three winners' prizes. From the actions column, click the appropriate button:

🥇 First Winner Gift

Click the "1st Winner Gift" 🟢 button to manage 1st place prizes.

Same gift table structure: ID, Type, Gift, Image, Expiry, Operations.

🥈 Second Winner Gift

Click the "2nd Winner Gift" 🔵 button to manage 2nd place prizes.

🥉 Third Winner Gift

Click the "3rd Winner Gift" 🔵 button to manage 3rd place prizes.

Adding a Prize to a Winner

1. Click "+ Add" 🟢
2. Choose Type from the dropdown:

Type	Description
Item (ware)	Store item
Badge (badge)	Badge displayed on user's profile
VIP Membership (vip)	VIP membership
Points (coins)	Coins/points added to user's balance
Achievement (achievement)	Achievement added to user's record

1. Choose the specific Gift from the list
2. Set Expiry (validity period in days)
3. Click "Submit" to save the prize

Practical Example

Scenario: Creating a Ramadan Event

Step 1: Create the event

• Start Date: 2025-07-07 (1st Ramadan)
• End Date: 2025-08-31 (30th Ramadan)
• Counted gifts: Heart gift (678 points)

Step 2: Set winner prizes

How It Works for the User?

📅 Event Start (Start Date)
    ↓
🎁 Users send the specified gifts in rooms throughout the event period
    ↓
📊 System calculates activity points for each user
    (Example: Sara sent 20 heart gifts × 678 points = 13,560 points)
    ↓
🏆 User ranking: 1st → 2nd → 3rd
    ↓
📅 Event End (End Date)
    ↓
🎉 Prizes distributed automatically to top 3 users

Important Notes

Tip

Use Event Period for special occasions like Ramadan, holidays, or any time-limited promotional campaign. The flexibility in setting dates allows you to create events of any duration.

Warning

• Make sure to set the start and end dates correctly before submitting.
• Choose gifts suitable for the occasion and matching the event duration.
• Event Period points are not counted in other activities and events.

Information

• Winner prizes for all three must be set before the end of the event period.
• You can add more than one prize to the same winner.
• Prizes are sent automatically when the event period ends.

Warning

When deleting an event period, all linked winner prizes will be deleted. Make sure before proceeding.
