Welcome to the ZION LIVE Dashboard — the comprehensive management platform for your social app. Through this dashboard, you can manage users, voice rooms, gifts, agencies, financial operations, and much more.
What Does the Dashboard Manage?
The dashboard is your app's command center. Through it, you can:
- User Management — Search for users, view profiles, ban violators, and handle complaints.
- Rooms & Live Streaming — Monitor rooms, pin them, and manage their settings.
- Gifts & Store — Create new gifts, manage categories, and set up the store.
- VIP System — Define VIP tiers and the benefits associated with each tier.
- Financial Operations — Top up currencies, manage wallets, and track transactions.
- Agency Management — Manage charging agencies, hosts, area managers, and country managers.
- Content Management — Official messages, banners, and emojis.
- Settings — App settings, payment gateways, and languages.
Key Concepts
Before getting started, it's important to understand the key terms and concepts you'll see throughout the dashboard:
💰 Currency System
| Currency | Symbol | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Coins | 🪙 | The primary user currency — obtained through purchases (charging) and used to send gifts |
| Diamonds | 💎 | Host earnings currency — earned when receiving gifts, can be converted to salary |
| Silver | 🥈 | Secondary currency that can be used for certain in-app purchases |
Currency Flow:
User Purchase → 🪙 Coins → Send Gifts → 💎 Diamonds (to Host) → 💵 Salary
🏠 Rooms
Voice rooms and live broadcasts where users interact. Each room has an owner, moderators, and visitors. Users send gifts to hosts inside rooms.
🏢 Agencies
Organizations that house a group of hosts. Each agency has an owner, hosts, and monthly targets. Earnings are distributed between the host, agency, and app according to defined percentages.
🎁 Gifts
Virtual items that users send to hosts inside rooms. Gifts are the primary interaction tool and the main revenue source in the app.
💎 VIP System
Paid memberships that provide users with additional benefits such as frames, bubbles, vehicles, and special icons.
📊 Levels
A progressive system that rewards users based on their activity. There are 5 level types:

🦾 Targets
Monthly goals set for hosts within agencies. When a target is achieved (diamonds + hours + days), earnings are automatically distributed.
👨👩👧👦 Families
Social groups that users can join. Each family has a level that increases with member activity.
Roles & Permissions
The system uses a hierarchical role structure, each role with specific permissions:

├── 📍 Area Manager — Manage multiple countries within a geographic region
